Editing Schedule

It is important that we have an editing schedule so that we can keep track of time in order to complete our music video by the deadline. Last year we struggled to keep track of time when we came to editing so we have learnt from this and have created a schedule just for the editing in order for our video to look professional. Therefore this time we have organised a professional schedule so we can keep on track and edit effectively with plenty of time to do so. This is beneficial through our planning stages as it keeps us on course to completing our task.

We plan to finish all our filming by the 28th of October meaning that we will start up the editing process promptly after. We will aim to edit our footage four times a week over the course of three weeks. This then allows us to go back and film again if we need too. For example if we miss certain shots or some of the lip synching is it of time then it allows us to go back and correct our mistakes.



The days we will be editing will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday giving us a mid week break and we will spend at least 45 minutes a time completing our editing. If we stick to our schedule it is going to mean that we are going to have lots of time to complete the editing and if we encounter any problems it will mean we have time to fix them.
