Filming schedule

We will be arriving at the location of the filming as we will need to set up and overcome any obstacles. This will be done on both days of filming as we will not want to keep our actors waiting so they can just come to the location and be given clear instructions that we have made for them. As I said before we will be overcoming obstacles that may occur. Also we will be deciding what we will be filming first due to convenience.

 

Monday 27^th

 

We arrive at: 11:30

Actors arrive at: 12:00

We all leave at: 16:00

 

Tuesday 28^th

 

We arrive at: 12:00

Actors arrive at: 12:30

We all leave at 16:00

 
As you can see, we have left half an hour between when us, as the crew, arrive and when the actors arrive. This allowed us to set up the set we will be using, as well as practice any possible shots we are unsure about make sure all props and clothing are in place.

By planning the schedule before we film, allows us to be organised during filming to stop any possible wasted time and to make sure all our films come out as well as we would want them to. It also allows us to have plenty of time to edit after we have filmed everything we need to - making sure our time organisation is good.
