James Blunt
James blunt was born on the 22nd of February 1974 (age 40) in
Tidworth, Wiltshire, England, United Kingdom. He started his career in 2003 and to this day he is still producing music. He is a well known singer in the genres pop rock, soft rock and folk rock and found his career firstly by being signed for EMI however he is mostly known for securing a deal with Atlantic Records, Custard Records and Warner Brothers. He kicked off his career in 2004 with a bang when he released his debut album ‘Back to Bedlum’ which achieved worldwide fame with the singles "You're Beautiful" and "Goodbye My Lover”. The album sold over 11 million copies worldwide, topping the UK Albums Chart and peaking at number two in the US. Blunt's second album, All the Lost Souls, which was released in 2007, topped the charts in over 20 countries and produced the hit single "1973". Over all Blunt has sold over 20 million albums and 17 million singles worldwide, with his debut album, Back to Bedlam, being listed as the bestselling album of the 2000s in the UK. He has received several awards and nominations, having won two Brit Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards, two Ivor Novello Awards as well as receiving five Grammy Award nominations.

Moon Landing is the fourth studio album by British singer-songwriter James Blunt, released on 18 October 2013. The album is the follow-up to 2010's Some Kind of Trouble, making it Bunt's first new material in three years.
By researching in detail into our chosen artist, we have looked at some of his other music videos of successful songs to see how they are made in professional companies. Whilst looking at the sucesful James Blunt music videos, we have come up with repreating themes and icons that can be seen throughout - such as the use of natural environments (snow shown in 'You're Beautiful' and the themes of love throughout his music).
